As a member of the founding team for Robert Half Executive Search, Ashley has been a strategic resource for her clients helping to identify, recruit and place successful senior executives across diverse industries and functional areas. Ashley began her career with Robert Half Executive Search in 2007 as the first Senior Associate dedicated to candidate development. Since then, she’s been instrumental in growing the Executive Search division and is considered to be an expert in full lifecycle recruiting. Prior to Robert Half Executive Search, Ashley worked with a boutique executive search firm where she was a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in financial services with clients from top-tier and regional investment banks, as well as private equity funds and hedge funds. Ashley is an active member of multiple philanthropic organizations, a nutrition educator to non-profit organizations, and a member of several boards including the Board of Trustees and the Long-Range Planning Advisory Committee for Marymount California University. Ashley is a graduate of New York University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors.
