Specializing in board roles, Luis has extensive expertise in nearly all industry and functional practice groups, particularly in insurance, sales and marketing. Prior to joining DHR, Luis served as Managing Partner and Regional Leader of the Financial Services Practice for a global leadership and talent advisory firm in Latin America. Before that, Luis acted as General Director and founding partner for a global executive search firm. He has served in various leadership roles with leading companies in the insurance industry . In addition to his leadership roles, Luis developed the marketing department at Seguros América Banamex (today AXA), a highly-ranked insurance company in México. Prior to his experience in the insurance sector, he collaborated in the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry with Dupont and Monsanto Luis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
