Christoffer Black is a core member of the firm’s Financial Services Sector, specializing in senior-level searches across the industry. He works with clients in the Global Banking & Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, Private Equity and Insurance Practices. Christoffer also leads the firm’s CFO Practice in Copenhagen. With more than 15 years of executive search experience in Europe and Asia, Christoffer brings a global perspective to his advisory work with clients of all sizes and geographies. He is based in Copenhagen. Christoffer joined Russell Reynolds Associates after close to 10 years as a Principal with a leading global executive search firm, most recently based in Japan. During his tenure, he worked in both London and Tokyo, specializing in asset and wealth management, private equity, and banking and markets, as well as recruiting financial officers across industries. Previously, Christoffer worked for boutique executive search firms in London, having begun his career in Paris and Brussels. Christoffer holds a BA in English literature, with honors, from University College London and an MBA from the University of Cambridge. He speaks several languages, including English, Danish, French, German and Japanese.
