He has more than 25 years of experience working with and advising clients in the Irish and international markets across various industry sectors, helping them to secure C-suite and leadership talent. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Simon led the Irish office of a London-headquartered boutique executive search firm. Before that, he ran his own executive search business. Prior to his career in executive search, Simon worked as a consultant for a specialist legal recruitment firm and as a legal editor for a publishing company.
