Biography
Alejandra Ortiz-Reynoso is a consultant and executive coach based in Spencer Stuart’s Mexico City office. She has more than 15 years of experience helping companies and senior executives align talent strategies, spearhead change and enhance leadership capabilities. She combines consulting, facilitation and executive coaching/assessment abilities with a strong academic background. In addition to a deep understanding of how organizational culture and behavior interact with business strategy, Alejandra has done extensive research and work in diversity and inclusion.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Alejandra spent five years at consulting firm in Mexico, where she was responsible for developing and managing key client relationships and leading leadership strategy projects for global FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
Previously, Alejandra was with Deloitte Mexico, designing and implementing the firm’s learning and development strategy nationally. She also managed the regional roll-out of core Deloitte University curricula, and was responsible for customizing and delivering the diversity and inclusion strategy.
Earlier in her career, Alejandra worked as a human capital consultant with Deloitte Mexico.
Alejandra earned a master’s and PhD in organizational psychology at the University of Sheffield in England. She completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
