Mr. Puig possesses a wealth of executive search experience with a strong focus within the industrial, oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as the automation, automotive, consumer, transportation, retail, entertainment and publishing industries in Mexico. He has successfully completed numerous assignments of diverse functions, including general management, CFO, finance, regional sales, product and business development, marketing, purchasing and head of business units. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2007, Mr. Puig worked as a project manager for International Business Solutions, a business consulting company. Earlier, he served as a corporate business sales manager at ING, a leading financial services company. Mr. Puig received his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico, and also holds a master's of business administration degree from the Instituto de Empresa, in Madrid, Spain.
