Amanda has championed knowledge management, strategic workforce management, leader development, and engineering automation, and has advised over 25 state Departments of Transportation on crafting talent ecosystems, organizational dynamics, and knowledge, technology, and workforce integration. She uses her degrees in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and Organizational Leadership to help agencies realize operational efficiencies and build resiliency into the workforce.
