In his more than 10 years of experience, he has been advising financial and corporate clients focusing on operational and financial restructurings as well as M&A. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he worked at ValueTrust Financial Advisors and Duff & Phelps. Stephan holds a master degree in finance from University of Edinburgh and studied business administration at the University of Munich and the University of Tokyo.
