Courtney MacKinnon joined WittKieffer in 2013, supporting the Professional Search practice as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Associate, and now Senior Associate. Since that time, Courtney has been involved in Healthcare and Higher Education searches serving in a generalist role. Courtney enjoys working on all types of searches, especially Pharmacy, IT, Senior Care, Facilities, Finance, Supply Chain, and Cardiac Services. Her experience includes successful placements within community hospitals, large health systems, physician practices, academic medical centers, and institutions of higher learning. Courtney holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Courtney worked in the multi-family real estate industry as well as the banking industry. Utilizing her multi-industry experience and customer service mindset, Courtney approaches each search with the goal of achieving the highest levels of client and candidate satisfaction.
