Gadea has over 20 years of experience in top executive and middle management search firms, working for several local and international firms such as Heidrick & Struggles, Activa Search Select, Prinzipal Partners, plus 3 years in Talent Management at McKinsey. She has helped organizations in finding the right individuals to meet their goals and in defining and implementing their corporate Talent Area. In the past years she has deepened her experience in the analytics, technology and strategy field having worked with high diversity of clients, from large listed and consolidated businesses to start ups. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology by the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, an MBA by the IE Business School, a Master´s in Talent Management by ESADE Business School and a Women Leadership Program (CEOE #SoyPromociona).
