Aleka advises leaders, boards, investors, and multi-generational families in a diverse range of sectors across the globe. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Aleka was a Principal Consultant at Kilberry Leadership Advisors. Prior to that, she designed and delivered leadership assessment, development, team effectiveness, and organizational culture solutions in a variety of global jurisdictions as a Senior Consultant at LHH Knightsbridge. In addition to working for large and boutique consulting firms, Aleka has worked in-house as a corporate leader responsible for developing and executing the Leadership, Team & Culture strategy for one of North America’s largest family-owned companies. She has also served in senior not-for-profit leadership roles, including as the National Chair for Canada’s largest post-secondary fundraiser, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Cystic Fibrosis Canada and the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Aleka received her Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University, and a B.A. Honours in Psychology from Mount Allison University. She received international widespread recognition for her research on leadership teams and has been recognized at various international Psychology conferences with seven Best Presentation awards. She also graduated from Royal Roads University’s program in Executive Coaching and is a certified Executive and Team Coach.
