Therefore his functional expertise is mainly about building and scaling agile, lean and high-performing teams. Prior to joining True, Chris worked as a consultant with a boutique executive search firm, and with an internationally renowned recruitment consultancy. Before this, he worked as a senior advisor and head of staff of a Federal Minister of Germany.
