She has recruited across all sectors nationally and internationally, concluding searches for multiple functions at Executive level. She has in-depth knowledge of working with US Corporations, SME's, and Private Equity Organisations. She has worked on C-suite and President positions in PE and SME businesses and up to VP level in Fortune 500 Companies. Ms Kelleher has over 12 years' experience in procurement, manufacturing, recruitment and executive search both in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Her earlier career was in procurement working as a buyer with Flextronics, before moving to Apple as a procurement consultant implementing SOX across Europe. She then joined a global recruitment firm's Procurement & Supply Chain Practice focusing on senior procurement positions across all sectors and subsequently ran the Engineering & Manufacturing Practice. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Kelleher worked with a European boutique search firm initially as a Principal covering EMEA and most recently as Regional Director where she established their first US office in Los Angeles. Ms. Kelleher has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration & Management, a Bachelor Degree in Procurement & Supply Management and is a member of the Irish Institute of Purchasing & Materials Management (IIPMM).
