He is a Senior Associate, experienced at providing research expertise and headhunting solutions for Managing Director and c-suite level roles across the Financial Services, Banking, Asset & Wealth Management industry for the EMEA region. Before joining Hanover Stephen was a director at several boutique firms and managed his own search firm specialising in 360 recruitment for senior-level roles across Business Management Controls. Stephen qualified in Business Studies from the University of Northumbria.
