Tom Maxwell is a member of the European Insurance Practice, advising clients across general insurance, specialty and life on the recruitment of CEOs, CFOs, COOs, chief underwriting officers (CUOs), human resource directors, and sales and marketing leaders. During his 10 years with the firm, Tom has recruited senior executive leaders, chairmen and non-executive directors for a range of listed and private companies. Functionally, Tom specialises in risk management, partnering with a range of European clients in banking, insurance, asset management and fintech. He has a strong track record of placements from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities, including group and regional chief risk officers (CROs) and functional risk leaders. Tom is a graduate of Leeds University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in politics.
