Claire is an Associate Director at Taylor Root and is responsible for Corporate Governance recruitment across the professional services and financial services. Prior to joining Taylor Root, Claire specialised in Compliance roles within consulting and financial services, holding a number of roles at a well-known financial services recruitment consultancy, most recently focusing on mid-level and senior mandates on an executive search basis. In her earlier career Claire worked for an internationally recognised recruitment firm where she became one of the top billers globally, successfully delivering a number of high profile executive search mandates for the division. Following this success Claire was asked to manage the Compliance division and grew the team to become one of the highest performing teams within the Financial Services business
