While new to the world of talent and solutions, Nathan is proud to have been instrumental in helping two Richmond startups develop into national corporations. With a knack for developing great relationships with businesses in the Richmond market, Nathan will extend those skills to serve the Vaco family as well. Outside of the office, you will find him either with his family or exploring Richmond on their bikes! Both he and his soon to be wife are avid competitive cyclists, racing for local teams. Their daughter is itching to soon join them in the racing scene.
