Antony Beaumont focuses on Board of Director, CEO succession and organisation transformation assignments. This includes listed companies, private equity, state owned, not for profit and family owned enterprises. Antony led the firm's operations in Asia/Pacific from 2007-2013 and was the Australian Country Manager from 2005-2009. He is based in Melbourne. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Antony was the Chief Executive of the Australasian subsidiary of Proudfoot Plc., a management consultancy. During his 10 years with Proudfoot, Antony completed a wide range of strategy and change implementation projects with manufacturing and industrial services, infrastructure, energy, mining, telecommunications, finance and insurance companies. Previously, he was at Mayne Nickless, where he led a team that facilitated performance improvement initiatives across the group. Antony served as an officer in the British Army for five years. Originally from Zimbabwe, Antony received his BA from Durham University in the UK. He is also a graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
