Chad Rutherford joined the Summit Search Group as a partner, opening the Vancouver office in 2007. He began his career in the recruitment industry in 2001 and primarily targets the pharmaceutical, medical, dental, consumer packaged goods, beverage alcohol, and biotechnology markets in British Columbia although he has many clients in other industries. Relentless in his efforts for clients and candidates, Chad has proven to be one of the top-producing recruiters in Western Canada and many of Chad’s candidates have gone on to win awards within their new companies. Prior to working in the recruitment industry, Chad held sales and management roles in the food and beverage, consumer packaged goods and biotech industries. Outside of work, Chad has a passion for golf and sports and sits as a Board of Director for a number of local community causes.
