He focuses on purposeful leadership, mindfulness and diversity, inclusion and equity in cultural transformations. In addition, he is interested in implementing modern talent management and learning & development structures and aligning them with corporate strategy. Gilbert has more than 15 years of professional experience in learning and development. Specifically in leadership development and cultural transformations. He led complex change projects such as the “future of sales” transformation for the DACH region of a global distribution organization. He has gained his experience through various positions within L&D, including 9 years experience as freelancer and working as senior trainer and business developer for Mercedes-Benz Consulting. He worked with companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Bank, DHL, Krone and RWE. Gilbert holds a Diplom (BSc) in social pedagogy from Ludwigshafen University of applied science and studied andragogy, media pedagogy and communication psychology at Landau University. He also has an extensive professional education in coaching and counselling. He is works and facilitates in German and English.
