Utsav has several years experience of working on M&A transactions and providing transactional due diligence having previously worked in Ernst & Young's transaction advisory services department in London. Utsav is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a degree in finance, accounting and management from the University of Nottingham.
