Natalia brings a solid business background of 25 years in senior positions at multinationals (Mars, Coca-Cola, Wimm-Bill-Dann, PepsiCo) in the fields of Strategic and Operational Marketing. She successfully managed the portfolio growth strategy development and implementation with 1.5 billion USD of annual revenue, being also involved in nonstandard strategical projects in Russia, leadership of global strategic initiatives, long term portfolio and M&A strategy development and implementation. Her deep understanding of the human component in business performance lead her to coaching, and as an accredited ICC she has developed projects in Russia and neighbouring countries coaching executives, teams and design of training programs for top managers, hi-pos, as well as strategy consultancy. She brings this wealth of expertise to strengthen Amrop's leadership coaching capabilities, both in Russia and abroad.
