Mr. Chavalitvorakul has professional business consulting experiences in various industries such as FMCG, construction, retails, automotive, hospital and banking. He was also responsible for Building Effective Organization, Top Team Leadership, Business Streamline Process and Change Management. He has developed deep expertise and focus in large-scale projects in both government and public sectors. With a focus on the petrochemical and energy sectors, his key clients include PTTGC, EGAT, TOT, and Office of Insurance. Earlier in his career at Nestle, he led the Operation and Productivity Improvement, Product Development for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Asian market. He implemented the information system, center for benchmarking information in Indochina Region, and performed the Industrial Performance System Audit. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he has worked on numerous Rewards and Talent Management assignments whilst at another consulting firm. He was the Consultant and project managers in many projects involving Change Management, Total Reward, and Organization Design. Mr. Chavalitvorakul holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kasetsart University and a master's degree in Business Administration from Bangkok University. He has also attended professional courses in Switzerland (Hi Performing Organisation), and in the Netherlands (Business Streamline).
