Emma is an Associate in the Paris team and specialises in placing professionals into Private Equity roles. Her role focuses on developing the PE practice in France, working with a broad range of clients from VC and growth through to large cap buyout funds. Her background is in Commercial Sales where she led and developed performance, implemented HR processes, managed client relationships and enhanced product offerings. Building on her strong people and communication skills, she is responsible for executing new client partnerships in Paris and mapping the mobile candidate market whilst working closely with our global offices to add as much value as possible to new clients and the wider market.
