Ken has deep experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He has advised several organizations on strategic and operational improvements required to advance corporate equality. Ken works extensively with clients in financial services. He also has consumer & industrial products, and private equity advisory experience. Prior to Korn Ferry, Ken was a leader at both large and boutique consulting organizations. His consulting experience includes account executive, practice management, board leadership, and solution development. Ken serves on multiple not-for-profit Boards. He has a BS in Accounting from the Willie A. Deese College of Business & Economics at North Carolina A&T State University, and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
