Charlotte is a Consultant in Dartmouth Partner’s Legal practice where she advises on private practice and in-house recruitment, supporting UK, US, and boutique law firms, as well various financial institutions, on all of their recruitment needs across the seniority spectrum. Charlotte has over five years of recruitment experience, the last four within an executive search firm that specialises in the in-house legal market. She joined Dartmouth’s Legal team in 2021 and is driven by giving her candidates the best possible experience. She is passionate about engaging with exceptional legal talent and providing them with long-term, strategic career advice. Prior to recruitment, Charlotte was a bookseller for five years and is just as comfortable recommending your new favourite book as she is a new career. When she’s not reading, she enjoys the theatre, podcasts and bothering the family dog Buddy.
