A former CEO and CMO in the financial industry and driven DE&I advocate, Melchior brings first-hand perspective into the demands leaders face today. He helps multinational companies translate their strategies into the best board composition, and he has a passion for discovering and developing modern, diverse and inclusive CEOs, board directors and other C-level leaders who will have a lasting impact on their organizations. Naturally curious, Melchior is most energized when tackling complex questions and finding joint solutions to help organizations and the individuals within them continue to improve. He was recognized in 2022 as one of the Netherlands’ most inclusive leaders. Melchior has lived and worked in various cities in the United States, Asia and Europe. Melchior received his master’s in international business studies from the University of Maastricht, and a master’s in marketing from TIAS Business School. He also completed the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
