Biography
Mr. Jensen has over 20 years of experience working with clients to help them align their people with their business strategies. He has designed and implemented organizational, team and individual interventions to help his clients successfully execute their strategies.
Mr. Jensen has worked with a wide range of public and private sector organizations in Automotive, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Construction, Health Care, Bio-tech, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology industries.
Mr. Jensen has worked globally with organizations to drive organizational, behavior and culture change through strategy clarification, organizational design, assessment, development, talent management, succession planning, and team building. He works with his clients to help build both individual and organizational effectiveness.
Mr. Jensen has also helped organizations develop systemic and systematic approaches to execute on their people strategies through programs that include competency modeling, executive assessment, coaching and leadership development, mentoring programs, executive compensation, reward strategy, and job evaluation.
Mr. Jensen began his career with Korn Ferry in 1997 in New York and continued there for four years. He relocated to Korn Ferry's Melbourne office in 2001 and returned to the San Francisco office at the end of 2003.
Mr. Jensen holds a bachelor of arts in biology from Middlebury College.
