Biography
Spearheading Amrop Denmark's Leadership Services, Peter Poulsen works with both private and public organizations to develop engaging and winning organizations and leaders by aligning Strategy, Leadership and Talent. Peter takes advantage of Amrop's carefully tested tools within Leadership Assessment, Search & Selection, Talent Assessment, Coaching, Onboarding and Leadership Development, providing unique value to our Clients.
Over the years, Peter has developed a deep and specialized understanding of organizational culture, human behavior, talent management and leadership assessment. He is recognized for his ability to analyze and evaluate a situation and provide well advised proposals tailored to Executives across various industries and organizations.
Peter works with a high degree of trustworthiness and holds high ethical standards. He values open, honest and direct dialogues always aimed at improving the current situation.
Before joining Amrop, Peter served in Executive Human Resources roles in the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group and Salling Group and has spent several years working and living abroad in Asia. Peter has successfully led several large organizational transformation projects across multinational organizations.
Peter also served as Second Chairman in the The Danish Chamber of Commerce (Dansk Erhverv) for 5 years gaining substantial Board experience and insight into Employer Associations and Politics.
Peter holds two degrees from Aalborg University; a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration and an industrial Ph.D. in Organizational Change & Strategy at LEGO.
