Virginia is Partner in the Mexico City office of Odgers Berndtson. With 25 years search experience handling senior level positions for clients for national and international companies, she has in depth experience working with various industries including Technology, Finance, Consumer, Manufacturing, Aviation, Aerospace, and Automotive. Startup operations is one of her areas of expertise - she has helped companies initiate operations in Mexico by placing the senior team as well coaching, and strategizing with corporate offices before they begin. Virginia graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and holds a Business Administration degree; she also completed the Diploma in “Developing your Leadership for Competitiveness” from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania.
