Before joining Russell Reynolds, Andres was Director of Finance at Philips, a Fortune 500 company recognized for operational excellence, financial discipline, and innovation. For over a decade, Andres traveled across North America, Europe, and Latin America as part of a fast-paced international career, enabling him to collaborate with multi-cultural stakeholders effectively. Andres holds a BS in business administration from Towson University, an MA in finance from Tulane University, and a CFO Program Certification from The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
