Ms. Ribot is an accomplished and respected senior executive with a proven background in building and nurturing global client and partner relationships across the technology industry for over 25 years. Focused on designing top-level talent strategies to secure game-changing executive leaders; with a client list that reflects a balance between large public companies and private equity-backed emerging growth businesses. Placements include: CEO, President, CTO, CIO, CMO, Chief Product Officer, EVP Professional Services, SVP Sales, CRO, CSO, CND, Cryptography, Forensics, EVP MSS, EVP PKI, Incident Response and ISO. Ms. Ribot joined Korn Ferry from Red Hat Inc., where she managed sales and engineering teams across North America for the cloud, service providers, communications providers, mobility, media and entertainment industries. Prior to Red Hat Inc., she led the East and Federal teams at Savvis, an industry leader in enterprise cloud computing, colocation, managed hosting, security and professional services. Ms. Ribot has held several other key leadership positions. As a consultant for Businessedge (now EMC) she was responsible for building the Communications practice. In addition, she led a worldwide sales and consulting organization for an international software company in the fraud management and revenue assurance space. As a Vice president and GM of Sales at Exodus Communications, she led the East, Latin America and the start-up of the EMEA regions where she led teams of Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Channels and Professional Services. Prior to that, she spent 10 years in sales and consulting leadership roles at Verizon. Ms. Ribot received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hartford, CT. A Native Washingtonian; born and raised in Bethesda, MD; now residing in Great Falls, VA.
