Sophie is a lead consultant for Latin America, working with private equity, family offices, infrastructure, energy and real estate funds. Sophie has worked on a wide range of searches across all levels and investment strategies. Clients love working with her, as she's known for being approachable and detail-oriented. She's involved in all aspects of the search process from working with clients on the initial job specifications and needs through to executing research, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and offer negotiations. Having dual citizenship (US & Mexico), Sophie has recently started covering investment roles in the US focusing on Miami, New York and Houston based positions.
