Nikos’s principal recruitment activity is focused on appointments at Board and Senior Executive Level – across all functions and industries and including the public sector. He has an established record of more than 20 years in the recruiting field and is the Managing Partner of Cornerstone in South East Europe. He has been with the Cornerstone Group since 2001. For three years he held the position of Manager with KANTOR management consultants, being responsible for the development of the Human Resources services of Kantor, primarily in terms of training, and was also responsible for the management of reorganization and strategy projects for client organizations From 1994 to 1998 he held the position of General Manager for INTERSYSTEMS Ltd, and played a vital role in the merger of INTERSYSTEMS with KANTOR in 1998.
