Tim is a Partner & Managing Director in the Risk Advisory practice at AlixPartners and co-head of the UK business, and is based in London. He helps clients navigate problems and deliver transformation across risk, compliance, data, and technology. Tim was previously the COO of a UK based investment management firm, where he was responsible for operations, technology, finance, legal, risk and compliance, and led a post-merger integration, an operating model transformation and a major outsourcing of fund accounting, trade settlement and custody. His other professional experience includes leading a global cybersecurity consulting practice, and other consulting practice leadership roles in risk and financial services. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Research Institute for Socio-Technical Cybersecurity, hosted at the University of Bristol and sponsored by the UK Government, and a member of the World Economic Foundation Working Group on Metaverse governance.
