Mr. Miles has delivered results as an internal resource and external consultant across an array of healthcare, human capital, pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. Mr. Miles has held executive level advisory and strategic operations roles at multi-specialty health systems, health plans, boutique and Big 4 consulting firms.
Mr. Miles focused on creating complimentary strategic solutions that address the complexities of organizational strategy, diversity, enterprise risk, performance improvement, change management and operational readiness.
Mr. Miles leverages his experience to create compelling outcomes for C-Level to Mid-Level leaders across the country.
Mr. Miles has over 20 years of experience and expertise delivering solutions in healthcare. His body of expertise includes: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Organizational Transformation, Change Enablement, Assessment and Succession.
Mr. Miles holds Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Development Dimensions International (DDI) Master Facilitator, Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM) and WorkPlace Big Five 4.0 certifications.
Most recently, Mr. Miles was the Chief Operating Officer for a regional health plan.
Mr. Miles holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama; a Masters in Health Management and Policy from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan; and a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from The University of Denver – Daniels School of Business in Denver, Colorado.
