Key clients include banks, pension funds, family offices, asset managers, and infrastructure investment companies. Rasmus recruits skilled experts, senior managers, and CXOs within European financial services companies and is a trusted advisor to several senior executives in the Nordic financial services sector. Rasmus has a strong focus on ESG and sustainability roles and is closely engaged in driving inclusion and diversity efforts within financial services. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rasmus worked for a leading financial services search firm in Copenhagen. He spent his early career with a global IT company, where he led efforts within business development.
