Ms. Cummings has a proven track record in driving high-value, global programs to clients across the talent lifecycle. She is admired for her innovative, strategic thinking that leads to integrated solutions meeting clients' most pressing talent issues. She has a unique ability to take an ecumenical versus siloed approach when identifying and delivering capabilities for the greatest business impact. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Ms. Cummings worked for a global career and talent management firm in a strategic account manager role. Her client work was focused in the areas of talent mobility, career management, assessment for leadership succession and executive coaching. She began her career as a program manager within talent acquisition. Ms. Cummings earned her M.T.S. from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and received her B.A. from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. She continues to lecture on biblical and intertestamental studies in her spare time.
