He primarily recruits go-to-market leadership roles for enterprise technology and services companies. Ed works with a variety of clients in various stages of growth, including venture capital and private equity-backed companies as well as Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ed worked at a pan-European boutique executive search firm, focusing on the technology and professional services verticals.
