Sophie graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in law and qualified as a Barrister in 2006. She spent 7 years with a leading legal recruitment company in the UK specialising in the Private Practice market at the Associate and Partner level in addition to managing a team. Following her relocation to Singapore in 2013, Sophie joined Taylor Root as a Director where she now heads our Associate team and specialises in recruiting associates and senior associates into international law firms in Singapore and South East Asia.
