Biography
Victoria Xiang leads the firm's Healthcare Practice in the Asia Pacific region, specializing in senior-level assignments across Greater China and Asia for the healthcare industry. She has 20 years of international industry experience and search experience in Greater China, Singapore and the United States.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Victoria spent five years as regional president of Asia for a leading global specialty search firm in the healthcare industry. In that position, she placed numerous executives in key management roles — including regional presidents, regional functional heads and country heads — in Asia for global healthcare companies.
Prior to entering the search industry, Victoria spent six years in the United States as a marketing director for the Inductotherm Group, a Fortune 500 company and the world’s leading manufacturer of capital equipment for the metals and materials industry.
Victoria also worked in Singapore for nearly five years as general manager for China at Goldtron Limited, a leading Singapore-based manufacturer of telecommunication products. She began her career in Shanghai as a sales and marketing executive for Alcatel Bell, China’s largest telecommunication equipment manufacturer.
Victoria was born and raised in Shanghai. She earned her bachelor’s degree in engineering and holds an M.B.A. from Hofstra University in New York.
