Chris Freedman is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources Practice. He has over 10 years of experience partnering with organizations to recruit CHROs and total rewards executives. Chris has advised CEOs, boards, and private equity partners on leadership challenges ranging from recruitment to succession planning and executive assessment. He has extensive experience across industries, business type and organizational scale: Chris has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 10 organizations to high-growth, privately held companies. He has worked on over 200 engagements, including cross-border and international assignments. Chris graduated from Kenyon College with an A.B. in history and political science.
