Mr. Krishnan brings to the firm over 25 years of experience. His areas of expertise include business development, relationship management, profit and loss management, leadership development, talent management, and selection and assessment solutions, consulting closely with CEOs and HR heads of client organizations. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Krishnan was the National Leader and Partner for the People Advisory practice at a global professional services firm. Previously, he has held Business Leader, Managing Director and Country Head, Director, and CEO positions with multiple consulting firms in India. He is a sought-after speaker at various forums conducted by the National HRD Network, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the National Institute of Personnel Management, among others. As well as being a guest lecturer at several academic institutions in India, Mr. Krishnan is a regular commentator in the national, HR and business press. Mr. Krishnan earned an honors degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
