Dan is the head of True’s Investment Professional practice and co-leads the firm's Financial Services practice. He has worked with some of the most successful VC and PE firms in the world, helping them recruit investors and operating partners across all levels. Dan has also worked with a number of corporate entities assisting in the formation of new investment platforms, finding the first senior leaders for those teams. He joined the firm after four years of working in executive search with Lancor & Lancer Group. Dan worked for a VC-backed tech startup in San Francisco, while completing his law degree at UCLA. Outside of work, Dan can be found in San Francisco playing basketball and ultimate Frisbee, and frequenting local live music venues on weekends.
