As a consultant, he leads large transformation programs with technology-, media- and telecom-businesses in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East by working with senior executives on defining and executing value creation programs with clear bottom-line impact. Klaus has a master’s degree in commerce from Vienna University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Lancaster University.
