Sam Horton partners with clients across the tech industry – with a focus on software and connectivity companies – to tackle their most pressing leadership needs. Based in London, he advises on search, assessment, and advisory assignments across the consumer and enterprise technology sectors. He also advises private equity and venture capital firms on leadership themes across their portfolios. Previously, Sam spent four years working in Enterprise Sales for PE-backed SaaS businesses, with a focus on HR-Tech. He began his career at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he spent six years advising on C-suite and non-executive appointments in the technology industry, with a focus on telecommunications clients. Sam holds an MA in English Literature from the University of Exeter.
