Ms. Foster focuses on helping clients transform their business through their people. She does this through a number of strategies including change management and communications to clarify, engage and equip others to succeed. Ms. Foster prepares the next wave of leaders to deliver on the future business strategy by identifying critical roles, assessing leadership capabilities, job, person, and business fit, and development support to close the gaps and manage risk. She helps enhance sales, brand and commercial performance by aligning leadership teams to increase their speed of decision making. Ms. Foster's expertise is centered on transformational solutions such as culture change, communications and change management, leadership development, team effectiveness and executive coaching. Ms. Foster has worked broadly across a number of industries and has extensive experience in the life sciences sector. She has developed her expertise through working closely with business leaders to increase the effectiveness of their people and leadership practices and through multiple executive coaching engagements with senior executives. Ms. Foster received her masters degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of New Haven and a bachelor's of art degree in psychology from Merrimack College. Ms. Foster has served on the board of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) Philadelphia Chapter.
