Olena Sergeeva joined Amrop Ukraine in 2021. Olena’s area of expertise is leadership development. She partners with companies and non-commercial organizations to enhance their leadership capacity. She helps executives and management teams to become more effective and aligned with each other and offer better leadership and relationships within their teams and organizations. Olena’s professional background encompasses 15 years of managerial experience and 12 years in business education and consulting. For a decade, she headed Mary Kay in Ukraine & Moldova and was listed among Ukraine’s Top 100 Managers. Olena was also a co-founder of Ukrainian Direct Selling Association and served as a Chairperson for its Board. As a consultant as well as a Leadership Coach and an MBA Tutor with Edinburgh Business School and Kyiv School of Economics, Olena has worked with generations of leaders across industries to help them grow and transform their organizations. At Amrop, Olena is focused on providing clients with sustainable solutions in Board services, Executive Search and Leadership services growing the Leaders for What’s Next and driving their businesses beyond expectations. Olena has a Master of Education degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA. She also holds Master of Arts degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (English language and literature). Olena is a Certified Coach with Coach Training Alliance, USA, and a Certified with Human Resource Certification Institute, USA.
