Brad has more than 20 years of experience in guiding domestic and international clients through cross-border financial and operational restructurings in the United States, Brazil, Japan, and various countries in Europe. He has managed liquidity, forecast cash, negotiated credit agreements, advised clients regarding various international insolvency regimes, and assessed the health of a variety of at-risk companies. Brad has experience in industries including telecommunications and high-tech, oil & gas, mining, shipping, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, and media/publishing. Brad earned his MBA from Brigham Young University in 1999 and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a Certified Turnaround Professional.
