Peter Novotny serves as partner and the European Lead for the Consumer & Retail Practice. After working for more than 10 years in the Bratislava Department of Commerce for the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Austria, Peter decided to challenge himself by entering the executive search world. In 2006, he joined Neumann International as a senior consultant and later on Neumann & Partners. He built the Prague, Moscow and Bratislava offices and helped developing the CEE & CIS region. In his last position as Partner and co-founder of TheXecutives (Human Resources Consulting and Executive Search spin-off of Neumann), Peter managed senior recruiting projects in the CEE, CIS & DACH regions. Originally from Slovakia, Peter is a true international minded partner who lived in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Russia and is now based in Austria.
